Working as a public prosecutor, I strongly believe I should be well-equipped not only with legal knowledge but also the necessary skills in order to represent the public interest and protect vulnerable people in criminal matters. To me interpretation and implementation of laws seems to be inadequate when it comes to solving crimes. That’s why I have decided to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of Criminology and Criminal Justice. I trust that an interdisciplinary approach of studying Criminology could broaden my perspective and equipped me with the essential tools to succeed in my career while striving to improve our society.
Chulalongkorn University is my first choice as I wish to pursue a high-quality Ph.D. programme with the academics who are considered as experts in their fields. Also, with the dedicated and caring faculty members of the Sociology and Anthropology Department, I firmly believe that I would receive great support during my challenging times here.
